A Day to Lift…
Dear Sasha,
I know you’ve had a very sad day. You lost the love of your life this day on the calendar a few years ago. I want you to know how much we feel your sorrow. This community is a part of you and you, a part of it.
John was a lucky guy to have you in his life. During the good times, you were able to share and grow together in life. When cancer came out of the shadows, you were his strength when he needed it most.
You’ve never really lost him, Sasha. He may not be sitting on the couch, or watching TV, but he’s with you every minute of every day.
I’d bet anything, if you’re looking for advice or guidance on something that has you perplexed, you need only to close your eyes, take a deep breath and you’ll hear his voice.
We all “lift” you on this day, Sasha. Tomorrow will be better.
